President of the Academy met with the Ambassador of Uzbekistan

During the bilateral meeting, the parties exchanged views on joint projects and discussed further plans. Sh. Mustafayev informed about the general events and scientific projects implemented by the Academy this year in the Turkic World, and called on the Uzbek side to actively participate. In addition, the parties agreed to further strengthen partnership ties and exchanged views on full membership of Uzbekistan in the Turkic Academy. In turn, S. Niyazhojayev wished success to Sh. Mustafayev at his new position as Head of the Academy, and expressed support for joint projects. It should be noted that since 2022 the Republic of Uzbekistan has observer status at the Turkic Academy. In addition, the Academy has concluded memorandums of cooperation with a number of Uzbek scientific and educational organizations and is currently deepening partnership with them.
