A presentation of the five-volume collection “Turkic World” took place in Bishkek

The Acting President of the International Turkic Academy Fuzuli Majidli, the ex-speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan - the member of the Council of Elders of the OTS Medetkan Sherimkulov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kyrgyz Republic Latif Gandilov, the member of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Javanshir Feyziyev, the Expert of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic ShaazadaTumenbaev, the Counsellor - Minister of the Embassy of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic Askhat Syzdykov, the Rector of the Zh.Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University Tolobek Abdrakhmanov, the Director of the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnology named after B.Dzhamgerchinov Ablabek Asankanov, the famous Kyrgyz archaeologist Kubatbek Tabaldyev, the experts of the Turkic Academy Napil Bazylkhan and Nurdin Useev, as well as statesmen and public figures, intellectuals and scientists participated in the presentation of the book, which took place at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. In his work, J.Feyziyev tells in detail about the current state of the Turkic world and the identity of the Turkic people. The first volume of the collection tells about the course of historical development and the basic values of the Turkic civilization, general Turkic history and culture, politics and diplomacy, free way of life, customs, and the current state of the Turks. The second volume talks about Turkic ethnogeography, ancient Turkic peoples and tribes, modern Turkic peoples, Turkic diasporas. The third volume describes the history of Turkic statehood, ancient Turkic states and empires, modern independent Turkic states and their relationships. The fourth volume presents the specific information about modern problems of the Turkic studies, potentials and prospects for the development of the modern Turkic world. The fifth volume contains information about the outstanding personalities of the Turkic world and their activities in the spheres of state, politics, science, culture and literature. This collection of books was translated and presented by the International Turkic Academy from Azerbaijani into Kazakh in 2019. The Kyrgyz version of the work was developed under the guidance of the famous Turkologist Kadyraly Konkobaev.
