Observers from the Turkic Academy took part in the Presidential elections in Kazakhstan

The Election observation mission of the International Turkic Academy was organized by the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. International observers, experts of the Turkic Academy Timur Kozyrev and Nurdin Useev visited and monitored a number of polling stations in the capital of Kazakhstan - Astana. According to observers` opinion, the electoral process was held in full compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international standards, as well as the participation of voters was active. Speaking at a briefing for journalists, T.Kozyrev noted the importance of political reforms and presidential elections in Kazakhstan for the entire Turkic world. It should be noted that 641 accredited international observers from 10 international organizations and from 35 foreign states participated in the observation of the voting process in the presidential elections in Kazakhstan, held on November 20, 2022.
