At the turn of the new millennium, Kazakhstan, having regained its independence, adopted a new Constitution, thereby opening the way for renewal, which is vital for the fate of the country, and following the path of global development. The Constitution is a guarantee of freedom and prosperity of our country. Despite today's difficult global situation, Kazakhstan is becoming stronger, the firmness of our spirit and our unity is strengthening.
