Acting President of the Academy Fuzuli Majidli met with Mayor of Bursa Alinur Aktaş

The city of Bursa, the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2022, has great historical significance. For this reason, the Turkic Academy dedicates the IV traditional archaeological and cultural expedition called “From Orkhon to Orkhan Gazi” to this region. During the bilateral meeting, the parties discussed partnership relations and exchanged views on joint activities. In turn, the acting head of the Academy spoke in detail about the expedition, and stressed the importance of the city of Bursa, which became the first capital of the Ottoman state, as one of the sacred places of the Turkic world. In addition, F. Majidi thanked A. Aktash for his significant support in organizing the expedition, and presented him with scientific papers published by the Academy. The Head of the city highly appreciated the significant projects implemented by the Turkic Academy and wished success in further work.
