The President of the Turkic Academy met with the Director of the R.B. Suleimenov Institute of Oriental Studies

The meeting was attended by leading researchers headed by the Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies Duken Masimkhanuly and the Director of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, member of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan Serik Seidumanov, as well as a well-known scientist orientalist-historian, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan Meruert Abuseitova. During the meeting, a comprehensive discussion took place on the realization of joint projects, training scientific personnel, holding scientific conferences and the creation of a common dictionary of the languages of the Turkic peoples. At the meeting, Sh. Mustafayev focused on the activities and future plans of the Academy and invited specialists of the Institute of Oriental Studies to participate in the implementation of joint projects within the framework of scientific integration of the Turkic countries. Director of the Institute D. Masimkhanuly presented the Head of the Academy the work and scientific projects of the Institute. He noted that this institute is a major research center of Kazakhstan in the field of Oriental studies. The scientists which took part in the meeting shared their thoughts in the field of Oriental studies and shared proposals for the implementation of joint scientific projects. At the end of the meeting, D. Masimkhanuly expressed gratitude to the Head of the Academy and, basing on the proposals by the scientists, expressed his willingness to work together on joint projects.
