The President of the Academy met with the Deputy Chairman of the Hungarian National Assembly Sandor Lezsak

The meeting was held in the ethno-park "Hungarikum Liget" in the village of Lakitelek. This complex is designed to popularize the deep history and culture of the Hungarian and Turkic peoples. The parties agreed on the further development of bilateral scientific cooperation and the implementation of joint projects in the future. At the meeting, the Head of the Academy presented the projects on the Hungarian direction being implemented by the organization, as well as its upcoming work. In conclusion, Shahin Mustafayev handed over to the vice-speaker Mr. Sandor Lezsak the collection of poems “Love and Freedom”, prepared by the outstanding Hungarian poet Sandor Petofi, translated into Kazakh and edited by the Academy. In turn, the Vice-Speaker expressed his gratitude and high appreciation for the work done by the Academy to study the common values of kindred countries, to increase the brotherhood of the related peoples. After the meeting, the President of the Academy laid flowers to the monument to Abai Kunanbayuly located in the park and honored the memory of the Kazakh classic poet.
