On December 21, 2022, President of the International Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafayev met with the President of the International Foundation for Turkic Culture and Heritage Gunay Efendiyeva.
As part of a business trip to Astana, the president of the Foundation visited the building of the Turkic Academy and got acquainted with the work of the organization. She also visited the Turkic Museum and the library. During the meeting, the parties discussed the ways of further expanding cooperation between the Academy and the Foundation, as well as future joint projects. G. Efendieva congratulated Sh. Mustafayev on his appointment as president of the Turkic Academy and wished him success in his new responsible work. In turn, the Head of the Academy, Sh. Mustafayev expressed gratitude to G. Efendiyeva for her congratulations and noted that he will go on working within the framework of partnership. At the end of the meeting, the two parties presented memorable gifts to one another.
