We bring to your attention the first reading of the inscription of KUTLUG KHAGAN, which aroused great interest among the scientific community and the entire Turkic world. The scientific team that made this discovery: D. Kydyrali, A. Enkhtor, N. Bazylkhan, N. Bogenbaev, Ts. Buyankhishig, G. Batbold.
The parameters of the inscription: length and height 70x74.5 cm, width 19 cm.
The texts are located on all surfaces of the stele. According to preliminary data, there are 19 lines on the front surface, 12 of them are in good condition.
