On March 27, 2023, as part of an official visit to Kyrgyzstan, a delegation headed by the President of the Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafayev met with the President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanatbek Abdrakhmatov.
At the meeting, the parties discussed issues of scientific cooperation between organizations and the upcoming VI Meeting of the Presidium of the Union of National Academies of Sciences of the Turkic World (UNASTW), which is to be be held on April 14, 2023 in Almaty.
