On January 18, 2023, the President of the Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafayev met with the Head of the Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Organization (TÜBITAK) Hasan Mandal.
The parties discussed cooperation in the field of science and education in the Turkic world. An exchange of views on the development of natural sciences in the Turkic countries also took place. Sh. Mustafayev stressed the importance of partnership between the Academy and TÜBITAK and noted the great potential of the Union of National Academies of Sciences of the Turkic world. In turn, H. Mandal expressed his interest in the scientific projects of the Turkic Academy and in strengthening cooperation in this field, as well.
