On January 29, in Astana, the President of the Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafaev met with the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek.
The parties exchanged views on issues to be discussed at the next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Turkic Academy and further strengthening of cooperation in the field of science and higher education among brotherly countries. Also, Minister Nurbek conveyed a letter of thanks to the Academy from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly Tokayev.
In his turn, Mustafayev presented the results of the work of the Academy last year and reported on the fundamental projects that are being undertaken this year.
At the end of the meeting, Mustafayev expressed his gratitude to the minister and presented a complete 5-volume academic collection of Ahmet Baitursynuly's works published with the support of the Turkic Academy.
