At the opening ceremony of the international symposium “The Legacy of the First Baku Turkology Congress and the Turkic World in the 21st Century,” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Baku Turkology Congress, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Malik Otarbayev read out the congratulatory letter of H.E. President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
