President of the Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafayev met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibek Bakayev.
During the meeting, President of the Academy provided an overview of the organization's current activities and ongoing projects. He also congratulated the Deputy Minister on the successful completion of Kazakhstan's chairmanship of the Organization of Turkic States, which was handed over to the Kyrgyz Republic at the recent OTS summit in Bishkek.
Bakayev praised the successful completion of the Common Turkic Alphabet, which was officially approved on September 11, 2024, in Baku and expressed readiness for further cooperation and support for the Academy’s initiatives.
The meeting also covered plans for 2025 and prospects for collaboration in priority areas, including scientific cooperation among Turkic nations.
