On March 6, 2023, the President of the Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafayev met with the Director of the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azamat Ziyo.
At the meeting, Shahin Mustafayev spoke about the activities of the Academy and called for implementation of joint projects between the Turkic Academy and the Institute of History. In his turn, Azamat Ziyo presented the scientific research conducted by the Institute of History in recent years. The Director of the Institute expressed support for the initiatives of the Turkic Academy and expressed readiness for cooperation. For this purpose, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Turkic Academy and the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
