On March 27, during a working visit to Turkmenistan, President of the Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafayev met with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nurmuhammed Amannepesov.
The parties engaged in discussions regarding various areas of mutual cooperation between the Turkic Academy and Turkmenistan, focusing on science, education and other fields aligned with the objectives of the Academy.
During the meeting, Shahin Mustafayev extended congratulations to the city of Anev for being awarded the status of the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024. He also commemorated the 300th anniversary of the birth of Turkmenistan’s national poet, Maktumkuli Fragi, and expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality extended during the visit.
