The Memory of Prominent Figures of the Turkic World was Honored in Paris

To recall, оn December 15, at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, the Turkic Academy, together with the UNESCO National Commissions of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey, held a forum dedicated to the presentation of the complex and a written monument in honor of Elterish Qutlug-Qaghan, discovered as a result of the Nomgon expedition joint with the Academy of Sciences of Mongolia. The event was timed to the Day of the Turkic Language.
