The President of the Academy Met with the Head of the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage of Azerbaijan

During the meeting, the current projects of the two organizations and opportunities to increase mutual cooperation in the future were discussed. The President of the Academy, Sh. Mustafaev, stated that the Turkic Academy is ready to provide scientific and expert support for the study of the historical and cultural heritage of the member countries of the Academy. He emphasized the importance of starting and implementing joint programs in this field and the potential of projects related to the Silk Road. In his turn, A. Jafarli focused on the current projects related to the protection and restoration of historical and cultural monuments in Azerbaijan and said that he intends to strengthen the relations in this field with the International Turkic Academy and relevant organizations of the Turkic states.
