Thirty-three years have passed since the night of February 25-26, 1992, when Armenian armed forces committed an act of genocide in the Azerbaijani city of Khojaly.
Standing in solidarity with the brotherly people of Azerbaijan, the Turkic Academy honors the memory of the victims of this tragedy.
