Today in Ankara, a meeting took place between President of the Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafaev and President of the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA), Muzaffer Şeker.
During the conversation, the sides discussed the implementation of decisions made at the previous meeting of the Presidium of the Union of National Academies of Sciences of the Turkic World (UNASTW). Special attention was given to the provisions of the Protocol signed at the 7th UNASTW meeting, namely the "Recommendations for Cooperation" and the "Strategic Research Cooperation Agenda Among Turkic States".
A separate topic of discussion was the Summer Schools, which, thanks to the joint efforts of the Turkic Academy and TÜBA, have become a good tradition. The Presidents reviewed plans for 2025, as well as discussed joint projects, cooperation and upcoming events.
At the end of the meeting, the sides exchanged books as a symbol of the continued fruitful cooperation and mutual exchange of knowledge between the two Academies.
