Because of the mourning in Kyrgyzstan the flags were flown at half mast at the Turkic Academy

On September 19, 2022, in the Kyrgyz Republic by the Decree of the President Sadyr Zhaparov a Day of mourning was declared.

According to the Decreeon the Day of national mourning on the whole territory of the country, as well as in diplomatic and consular offices abroad, the state flag of the Kyrgyz Republic will be flown at half mast. In this regard, the flags of the member states and observers of the International Turkic Academy were flown at half mast.
