In Paris will host the international forum "Turkic Civilization and Global Culture: the Inscription of Elterish Qutlug qaghan"

The event is organized within the framework of the Day of Turkic Languages. The presentation of the newly discovered inscription in honor of Elterish Qutlug Qaghan will be attended by the President of the Turkic Academy, Professor Shahin Mustafayev, heads of international organizations, heads of UNESCO national commissions of the OTS member countries, heads of national Academies of sciences, scientists and representatives of the academic environment from 10 countries.
