Annotation: The research project titled "Decorative and Applied Arts of the Turkic World (9th–18th Centuries): A Study of Glazed Ceramics and Architectural Décor" aims to analyze the history and distinctive features of glazed ceramics and architectural decorations across the Turkic world from the 9th to the 18th centuries. By examining archaeological findings from Central Asia, Azerbaijan, and Anatolia, the study seeks to update outdated data, refine the chronology and understand the evolution of these art forms. The project plans to publish a comprehensive five-volume series covering different periods and aspects of glazed ceramics and architectural décor, providing valuable insights into the artistic heritage of Turkic peoples.
