Today, September 23, in Ankara, President of the Turkic Academy, Prof. Dr. Shahin Mustafayev met with Türkiye’s Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin.
During the meeting, Shahin Mustafayev presented the main results of the Turkic Academy’s work, its ongoing scientific projects, and priority areas of research. Particular attention was given to the Academy’s efforts to strengthen educational and academic ties among Turkic countries, as well as projects focused on the study of their shared historical, linguistic, and cultural heritage.
The meeting also addressed cooperation in the fields of education and science. In this context, the sides highlighted the experience gained through cooperation, including within the framework of meetings of the Scientific Council of the Turkic Academy and meetings of the Ministers of Education of the Organization of Turkic States.
For his part, Minister Yusuf Tekin highly appreciated the scientific activities of the Turkic Academy and its contribution to strengthening scientific ties among Turkic countries, emphasizing the importance of the Academy’s research and joint initiatives. The sides expressed their interest in further expanding cooperation and implementing new joint projects.
