Leaders of Turkic organizations emphasize unity and progress at conference in Geneva

Today, on April 23, President of the Turkic Academy Shahin Mustafayev participated in the conference "Turkic Cooperation Organizations: United in Heritage, Forward in Action" held as a key component of the Turkic Week in Geneva.

The panel session, led by the Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the UN Office in Geneva and other international organizations Omar Sultanov, also included Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of TURKSOY Sultan Raev, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Aktoty Raiymkulova, Deputy Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States Omer Kocaman and Secretary of Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations Kadir Yaman.

During the meeting, the participants strongly emphasized the need for enhanced cultural and academic cooperation to address global challenges, protect cultural heritage and promote ongoing development.
