Today, on February 10, the Turkic Academy welcomed Acting Coordinator of the Yunus Emre Institute in Astana Gulmira Yeshmanova.
During the meeting, President of the Turkic Academy, Prof. Dr. Shain Mustafaev briefed the guest on the Academy’s activities, ongoing projects, as well as its priority areas in the study and promotion of the heritage of Turkic peoples. As part of the visit, Gulmira Yeshmanova also toured the Turkic Academy Museum, which houses exhibits reflecting the material and spiritual heritage of Turkic peoples, as well as the Academy’s latest scientific publications.
In turn, Yeshmanova expressed her interest in the activities of the Turkic Academy and highly appreciated its contribution to the development of Turkology and to strengthening scientific and cultural cooperation within the Turkic world.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties confirmed their mutual readiness to further develop cooperation and implement joint initiatives in the fields of science and education.
